Athelstan Sound is a sound and listening workshop I convene in Margate. We have been meeting since 2015 and have hosted a number of musicians and artists who use the sessions to explore ideas through improvisation and communal sound-making.

A number of artists and musicians have co-convened sessions include Sara Trillo, Claire Orme, Tom Adams, Magz Hall, Jack Lavendar and Irene Revel. We have also performed at Turner Contemporary, Contrapop Festival, Folkestone Triennial and at Canterbury’s Free Range event.
